Caroline brings over 10 years of recruitment experience to her practice at the Marsden Group working as a senior recruiter for top law firms and companies in Canada and abroad. Her recruitment practice has taken her across Canada and she has worked intensively in the Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Montreal markets. Caroline works closely with our teams on the ground in cities such as London, New York, Melbourne and Sydney helping lawyers relocate across the globe.
Caroline is highly regarded in the in-house legal market having worked with and placed a number of Canada's premier General and Associate Counsels into their posts. She is a trusted advisor who approaches the recruitment process with a deep regard for people, confidentiality and due diligence with a view to creating lasting matches that really fit the needs of clients and candidates alike.
