Samantha Cowling

Samantha, a director in our Sydney office, practiced as a lawyer at a top tier firm in Sydney and in London before moving into legal recruitment. Prior to joining the Marsden Group, Samantha worked with one of the leading legal recruitment companies in the UK and Australia advising Associates and Partners on their career moves both domestically and internationally.

Samantha has acted on senior retained and contingent recruitment assignments in London, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. She has partnered with a significant client base and has been responsible for a number of strategic recruitment campaigns for top tier UK, US and Australian firms.

Samantha joined the Marsden Group in 2011 and works across the private practice and in-house sectors within Australia and overseas.
