Code of Conduct

Simply put, our code of conduct is to always act with integrity and honesty. We aim to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Our candidates are individual lawyers we work with, who either come to us or we approach.  Candidates we work with can expect the following from us:
  • honest feedback about your career and prospects and whether we can help you;
  • advice and guidance on putting your resume and supporting documentation together;
  • a detailed recruitment plan outlining where your application will be submitted;
  • a commitment to always obtain your approval before sending out your resume;
  • advice on how best to prepare and conduct yourself in an interview; and
  • independent advice on what is best for you and your career.
Our clients are law firms and corporations we work closely with and to who we refer our candidates to. Our clients can expect the following from us:
  • an honest and detailed summary of each candidates background;
  • a commitment to obtain a candidate’s consent before sending you their resume;
  • access to pertinent market information from each of our source markets; and
  • a courteous, prompt and professional service.
We aim to act in such a way to always add value to to the recruitment process for both our candidates and clients.
