Dick was most recently Senior VP and Deputy General Counsel, North America with Kraft Foods.  Previously, he was VP, Legal and Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of Kraft Canada.  

Dick is a director of the Association of Corporate Counsel, America having  previously been a director of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association as well as former Co-Chair of the Corporate Counsel Committee of the International Bar Association.

As General Counsel & Director In-House Division, Dick will partner with our in-house team as they advise corporate, government and not-for-profit clients on the establishment, growth and structuring of their legal departments and will support in-house recruitment assignments at all levels. Dick is our General Counsel and as such, will oversee legal affairs as we continue to grow internationally and within Canada.  Dick has lived and worked in the U.S. and Canada.
