Despite challenging market conditions we have continued to place lawyers across the Middle East and currently have instructions for positions in locations such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. We work closely with most of the top UK and US based firms in the region, as well as a number of the top local firms. Speaking with clients this week areas of particular demand include banking and finance (including project finance), corporate, non-contentious construction and projects, funds and dispute resolution, particularly arbitration and construction.You must have excellent experience with a major international firm, either in your own jurisdiction or in the Middle Eastern region, and strong academics, of course. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
